My husband and I went looking for an SUV one morning after breakfast and the minute the sales person approached us, Dave, we already felt comfortable. He wasn't pushy, he didn't try to overwhelm us, he was very easygoing and let us kind of browse around and ask questions if we needed to. Once we chose a vehicle to test drive and we decided to go with that vehicle, we also went through financing details and the woman who did our financing, Tracy was amazing and didn't make us feel nervous or overwhelmed. She was very new at the time and she did a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable. Both of those individuals that helped us and all of the rest that we have dealt with since that interaction have been wonderful.
