I purchased my vehicle about a year ago and it came with a couple free oil changes as part of the purchase. When I went for my second oil change they told me that the deal was no long valid as I had gone a few kilometers over a limit that I wasn't informed about.
I later called them and was told they would make right. Was very happy with the outcome and will be back for future services as well as recommended them to others.
