I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from one salesperson in particular.

Although I didn’t end up leasing a new Chevrolet here due to the economics of exiting my current lease, I want to sincerely thank and praise Kristin for making me feel genuinely welcome as a new customer. This was, without question, the most pleasant car-shopping and test-drive experience I’ve had.

Kristin took the time to let me test multiple vehicles and even went the extra step of pre-starting and warming them up when I called ahead - that’s when I knew I was dealing with someone special. She was consistently pleasant, patient, and attentive, never letting up on service even through my indecisiveness and repeat visits.

If you’re looking for a Chevrolet, do yourself a favor and go see Kristin. She makes the entire process genuinely enjoyable. If she's busy, wait it out. She's worth it.

Amazing friendly service. Bought from the used vehicle area. They were more than happy to please me. I noticed the extra special service compared to previous dealerships when buying a used vehicle. Helped me with a loan car and offered to pick me up if needed. Noticed they had the vehicle ready and backed in for easy use. (It’s the little things I noticed) and they covered it all! Great service in new vehicle sales from Jordan & Bonnie when buying my GMC Canyon. Bonus for all when we also bought a Chevy Trax.

Shame the same can’t be said for the service department. While we were collecting our vehicles, my son ordered a part for his truck. After collecting it a couple of days later, he opened the box (which had no description on , just like the paperwork) to find he’d been sold the opposite side to the one he ordered. On calling the service department he was told there’d be no return or refund. So he’s $200 out of pocket and still has to get the part. Welland Chevrolet just lost 1 customer or maybe 3. 🤷

After agreeing mistakes had been made, the parts manager agreed to refund the cost of the part for my son. 👍

I had the joy of buying a brand new truck from this dealership. But what made this experience amazing was the salesman ! Anthony Di carmine was so easy to deal with , absolutely zero pressure. From now on this is my Dealership and my only sales associate I will be using !! Thank you Anthony for my new truck ! I love it.
