Great Service Means Happy Customers

Purchased my car in St.Catharines, however was very UNHAPPY with their maintenance area. Very bad customer service, however in Welland, they treat me much better, so I will continue to receive my service there! Great people!

Jason was an amazing and accommodating associate assisting with a trade in today for me and getting me a new SUV at a good price. He took his time to explain every detail about the two vehicles I was interested in. He knew the perfect vehicle for my lifestyle with my two big dogs! His customer service is tops!! I would definitely recommend him for your leasing needs!

Recently purchased a new vehicle from Kristin Blair. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and she would answer all the questions we had, even if she didn’t know the answer right away. She helped us choose between a few different models with no pressure to buy. Have a brand new Chev Equinox EV, purchased elsewhere and only 6days old. Purchased Road Hazard protection at the original dealership in Burlington. Had to present to Welland Chev (because of proximity) secondary to low pressure alert on tire monitoring system. They fixed it, same day, and even though the warranty had not been registered online yet, there was no charge. Courtesy shuttle was great.

I took my new AT4X in for its 1st warranty service. The staff were attentive and prompt. Service was done in a timely manner ,everything ran very smooth.

I did not realize that Welland Chev does not wash vehicles after being serviced, so I took my car to car wash & paid.

This is my second time leasing a vehicle from this dealership and the level of service has been consistently excellent. Jordan was absolutely fantastic, he went above and beyond from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
