Lisa was fantastic,she is such a nice friendly person and made sure she covered all our needs.she did a follow up to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I brought in my 2024 chevrolet colorado z71 because all of my screens went blank while I was driving. I was unable to tell how fast I was driving and was in quite a panic. I pulled over, shut my truck off and unfortunately, that did not fix it. My only option was to stop by Welland Chevrolet quickly to see if they had a technician on who could possibly look at it. They did not which I figured since it is a Saturday of a long weekend. Out came a friendly man by the name of John (sales manager) who was willing to take a look at it. Which he did not have to do. To sum this story up he opened my hood, grabbed some tools and disconnected my battery for me to see if that would fix it. He told me to turn my truck on. It worked! The problem was fixed! The kindness and care that he showed was unbelievable. He had no obligation to do that, especially since I did not purchase my vehicle from them/him. Moral of the story is, gestures like that go along way. When I am in the market for a new vehicle some day, I will DEFINITELY be going to him. His care and kindness went a long way and I was so lucky that he was there to offer a helping hand. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle I 100% recommend John. I will definitely be recommending him to any family or friends who are interested in purchasing a new GM vehicle.
